  • 5 years of experience in DSP architecture and algorithm design for high-performance, low-power systems
  • Strong expertise in digital signal processing theory and implementation
  • Proficiency with DSP modeling tools (MATLAB, Simulink, C )
  • Demonstrated experience delivering efficient algorithms in commercial semiconductor products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make decisions with incomplete data
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to go beyond core responsibilities

Preferred Additional Qualification (any):

  • Familiarity with Ethernet physical layer transceivers
  • Knowledge of ASIC/VLSI design and implementation
  • Experience across multiple full ASIC design and NPI cycles
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation
  • Understanding of automotive safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262)

Compensation

  • Base salary range: $180,000 – $220,000 USD
  • The actual starting base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. This range may be adjusted based on market conditions.
