Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in treating personal injury patients and managing vestibular disorders such as dizziness, vertigo, and balance dysfunction. This role involves evaluating patients, developing customized treatment plans, and guiding patients through their recovery journey.

This role involves evaluating patients, developing customized treatment plans, and guiding patients through their recovery journey.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of personal injury and vestibular patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on functional recovery.
- Deliver hands-on therapy, balance training, manual therapy, vestibular exercises, and therapeutic modalities.
- Document patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Communicate effectively with referring physicians, case managers, and attorneys as appropriate.
- Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes, injury prevention, and home exercises.
- Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and clinic-specific policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree from an accredited program.
- Active PT license in [State].
- Experience in personal injury rehabilitation and vestibular therapy preferred (will train the right candidate).
- Certification or coursework in Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (VRT) is a plus.
- Strong manual therapy skills are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
