Production Lead

This isn't your average "lead/management" job. This is a boots-on-the-floor, sleeves-rolled-up, lead-by-example kind of role. We're a boutique manufacturer producing 100–10,000 units per batch using a mix of manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic equipment. Working with 20 brands, we craft high-quality beauty, wellness, and supplement products — from skincare to tinctures, powders, gummies, and pet care.

What You'll Do:

• Manage daily production with a hands-on approach — you'll be right in the thick of formulating, mixing, batching, and getting things done.
• Formulate products across a variety of categories: beauty, skincare, bath, powder & gummy supplements, pet care, tinctures (oil, glycerin, alcohol-based).
• Maintain documentation and SOPs & ensure compliance required by our FDA, cGMP & USDA Organic certifications — you'll learn them inside and out.
• Write and execute Master Manufacturing Records (MMRs) and Batch Production Records (BPRs).
• Use Fishbowl, our production inventory system — we'll train you, and then you'll use it daily.
• Manage Quality & Expectations - Manage production timelines, & quality control
• Be ready for overtime and occasional Sundays — when production calls, we answer.

What You Bring:

• Experience in formulating and manufacturing products (cosmetics, supplements or food required) and cGMP, SOPs, and production documentation
• A hands-on positive mindset — you're not just managing; you're in the trenches with your team.
• Detail-oriented but fast-moving — organized chaos is your playground.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and lead — there's significant growth potential here for the right person.
• Strong communication skills — you can lead people and work cross-functionally with the warehouse team
