AXN Growth Partners is a PE-backed home services platform growing a portfolio of pest control brands across the U.S. We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who loves execution, organization, and making marketing actually work at the local level.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating agencies, improving speed-to-lead, building smart automations, and keeping tracking clean across markets.
What You’ll Do
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for marketing agencies (paid media, SEO, web, creative, call tracking).
- Support and QA Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads campaigns.
- Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles across locations.
- Build and manage customer journeys (missed calls, follow-up, reviews, win-back).
- Produce weekly performance reporting using GA4, CallRail, and vendor dashboards.
- Spot tracking or execution issues fast and help fix them.
- Partner with sales and operations to improve lead handling and conversion.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing ops, or agency coordination.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and GA4.
- Highly organized, proactive, and dependable.
- Comfortable managing vendors and keeping projects moving.
- Arizona-based (required)
Bonus points if you have:
- Go High Level experience
- SMS/email automation experience
- Home services or multi-location marketing background
