Responsibilities

- Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and food processors
- Ensure all food handling procedures meet strict safety and sanitation standards to prevent contamination
- Assist in menu planning by providing input on ingredient needs and dish preparation methods
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen tools through regular cleaning and sanitizing
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper storage, temperature control, and cross-contamination prevention
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant kitchens with a strong understanding of culinary techniques
