Warehouse Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic operation. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the smooth functioning of the warehouse, ensuring that products are accurately stocked, organized, and shipped.

Duties

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare orders for shipment by packing, and labeling items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and keep records up to date.
• Manage the loading and unloading of trucks, including products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Conduct inventory counts and resolve stock discrepancies independently.
• Visit the post office for mailing and shipping tasks as necessary.
• Open and close the warehouse as a key holder, ensuring the facility is secure at the start and end of each shift.
• Manage label printing and pasting for products and inventory.
• Manage shipping processes, prepare documentation, and coordinate pickups with carriers.

Duties are not limited to the above tasks and may include additional responsibilities as needed.

Skills and Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
• Ability to safely operate general warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving products up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
