Position: Maintenance Manager
We’re looking for a hands-on, technically skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations in a high-volume, automated manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and deep technical expertise in controls, automation, and robotics.
What You’ll Do:
Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines, robotics, and auxiliary equipment.
Manage CMMS (e.g., MaintMaster) for scheduling and tracking maintenance activities.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams on equipment installations and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
Train and mentor maintenance technicians.
Support capital projects and equipment commissioning.
What You Bring:
5 years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing (plastics/injection molding preferred).
Strong knowledge of PLCs (Siemens), robotics (ABB/Fanuc), and industrial automation.
Strong electrical background with the ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics
Experience with Hydraulic, Pneumatic, HVAC, Air Compressor and Chilled Water systems
Proficiency in CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
