About the Role
We’re seeking an Account Operations Specialist to support our Business Development team and ensure projects move smoothly through the production process. This role is perfect for someone who’s highly organized, communicates well, and enjoys managing details that drive big results.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Business Development team by managing project flow from start to finish
- Communicate daily with production partners to track progress and solve problems
- Coordinate small package and freight/trucking logistics
- Assist with project presentations and documentation
- Keep detailed records and timelines to ensure on-time deliveries
