Schedule:

Monday- Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm, no weekends required.

PRN Role - will work as needed


Day Shift




The following are required for bid submission:

  • Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • CPR/BLS Card
  • CNA License/Certification for position
  • Vaccine Status
  • TB Skin Test / 2 Step TB Test
  • Hepatitis B vaccination or declination of offered vaccine
