The Business Manager also partners with Spirit suppliers and internal stakeholders to provide forward-looking demand visibility and status reporting to leadership. Essential Functions
- Maintain a disciplined action-item management process; identify late and open actions, drive ownership, and escalate risks as needed.
- Ensure all required data is available, accurate, and consolidated for weekly program reviews; publish readiness status and resolve gaps ahead of review meetings.
- Analyze PRA data and trends to confirm plans and execution remain on track to complete all PRAs; highlight variances and propose recovery actions.
- Provide an 18-month forecast demand to Spirit suppliers; coordinate updates with internal planning, procurement, and program teams.
- Create and distribute a report of late assigned action items to supplier leadership; ensure clarity on owners, due dates, and next steps.
- Build and maintain program dashboards, trackers, and reference materials to support decision-making and audit-ready records.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and supplier counterparts to align on data definitions, reporting cadence, and issue resolution.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
