Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire sales team to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals through effective coaching and motivation.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting both retail and B2B markets to expand our customer base.
- Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting new clients via cold calling and outbound sales efforts to closing high-end deals.
- Maintain a robust CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to track leads, monitor progress, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular training sessions on negotiation techniques, upselling strategies, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
- Manage inventory control and dealership operations to ensure optimal stock levels aligned with market demand.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through exceptional communication skills, bilingual support if applicable, and outstanding public speaking abilities during presentations or events.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and high-end automobile or retail sales environments.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer bases confidently.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, inventory, and sales activities efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software, retail math, inventory management systems, and marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette, public speaking, and customer service excellence.
- Experience in dealership operations such as inventory control, retail math calculations, and automotive sales processes.
