Occupational Therapist (OT) Requirements & Responsibilities – Arizona
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Arizona License in Occupational Therapy
- Arizona Department of Education Certificate for Occupational Therapy
- 2 years of experience in a school setting
