Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) at AXIS empower school-aged children by using evidence-based strategies to support positive behavior, social skills, and academic success. In a virtual setting, they provide individualized behavior intervention plans, collaborate with families and educators, and help students thrive through consistent, data-driven support. Their work ensures that every child can build independence and resilience, no matter where they are.
BCBA Requirements & Responsibilities - Pennsylvania
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- National Board Behavior Analysis Certificate (BCBA)
- Pennsylvania Board License from BACB and PA clearnaces
- 2 years of IEP experience in a school setting
