Job Description:
Role: Process Quality Engineer
Location: Peoria, IL (100% Onsite)
Employment Type: Fulltime Permanent with AXISCADES.
Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities:
- Support the functionality, performance, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise tools used for Requirements Management, FMEA, and Control Plans.
- Gather stakeholder and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities, define requirements, and support prioritization of tool and process enhancements.
- Coordinate project activities, track progress, monitor risks and issues, and communicate status with business stakeholders, IT partners, and participating functional teams.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external software vendors to troubleshoot issues, validate solutions, support releases, and deploy approved enhancements.
- Provide user support, training materials, process documentation, and knowledge transfer to improve adoption and consistent use of APQP-related tools.
- Support development, deployment, and improvement of Power BI dashboards and related analytics to increase visibility to product development performance and process effectiveness.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for tool usage, process alignment, data quality, and continuous improvement activities related to Requirements Management, FMEA, and control plan processes.
