Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The schedule is Monday through Friday 9am to 2pm.
Duties
- Manage and schedule appointments with clients, prospects, and internal teams using CRM software such as Salesforce
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling to nurture leads and follow up on inquiries
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure appointment accuracy and readiness
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in CRM systems, tracking appointment status and client preferences
- Negotiate appointment times that align with client needs while optimizing team schedules
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, or appointment setting roles involving outbound calling or telemarketing
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing contacts and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS!
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
