Job Overview
We are seeking (2) dynamic and vigilant Non-Commissioned Security Officers to join our dedicated security team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safeguarding property, personnel, and assets through proactive surveillance, enforcement of security protocols, and rapid response to incidents. Duties
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including entrances, exits, and restricted areas, to deter unauthorized access and prevent theft or damage.
- Verify identification and authorize access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors in accordance with security policies
- Monitoring activity of incoming deliveries.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Enforce security procedures such as loss prevention measures and conflict management to resolve issues effectively and professionally.
- Enforce site policies, including controlled access procedures and PPE compliance.
- Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance documentation accurately for record-keeping purposes.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of law enforcement procedures and conflict management techniques.
