As a Rapid Response Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the work-order management and customer experience for a variety of national and strategic accounts.

What You'll Do:

• W.O. Management - Meet and exceed customer expectations by promptly responding to emergency and non-emergency work-order requests via phone, email, software, and a variety of web-based platforms.
• Contract Management - Create and deliver quotes based upon customers' requests. Manage and maintain invoicing, administrative, and customer tasks.
• Lead Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating prompt and transparent communication between customers and our operations and service teams in the field.

When & Where You’ll Work:

• Office-Based – This is an in-office role, with select and work-from-home opportunities based upon seasonality and team workload.
• Set Schedule with 24/7 Availability – You’ll have a regular schedule, but on-call shifts — including nights, weekends, and holidays — will be required.
• Peak Season Demand – Expect increased workload during peak seasons and weather-related emergencies.

What It Takes:

• 1 years of customer service or dispatching experience preferred.
• An authentic desire to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Ability to successfully multitask in a high-demand environment.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
