Position Overview
The Therapist will provide outpatient counseling services to clients experiencing a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, behavioral issues, and life transitions. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the local community.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling services
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation in the electronic health system.
- Develop individualized treatment goals and interventions
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing requirements
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and clinical staff
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations
- Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Active LPC or LSW license in the State of Ohio
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in counseling or social work
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Prefer experience working with patients across the lifespan
- Ability to work independently with supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team
