- Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
- Gather and analyze HR data to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain the integrity of HR data.
- Remain updated on HR technology trends and innovations to recommend new tools that enhance HR service delivery.
- Participate in the development of HR metrics and reports for management.
- Create AI Agents to solve for Non-value add asks in HR processes.
