We're seeking a Customer Relations Specialist who is personable, proactive, and committed to delivering top-notch service. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers—representing businesses within our client portfolio, building trust, and ensuring every interaction and sale is smooth, supportive, and solution-oriented.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact to help educate customers to make the best decisions for them and their households, and help to process their sale in person.
- Meeting with customers in person to resolve questions promptly and professionally, resulting in a sale decision that benefits our client and the customer.
- Maintain a relationship with customers after the sale to help with any on-boarding questions after the sale.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up to ensure lasting relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer service, client relations, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using systems like SalesForce, emails, and chat tools.
- A genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences.

- Hybrid – Virtual meetings, and in-person customer and sales responsibilities
- Must be based in the Greater Greenville, SC
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
