About the Role
We're looking for a motivated entry-level sales representative to join our growing team in the DFW area. This isn't a behind-a-desk, watch-and-learn role — you'll work alongside our sales team on live campaigns, learn the tools and strategies that drive real business results, and build a track record you're actually proud of. If you're eager to learn, hungry to contribute, and ready to grow, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Assist in planning and executing sales strategy in Live Events
- Full immersion in sales events, working directly with the consumer base, representing client brands, products, and services
- Contribute to sales forecasts for clients and peer review
- Conduct market and competitor research to help shape sales strategies
- Engage prospects and customers face-to-face to drive acquisition and retention
- Track and report on sales performance and help build reports using tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches, events, and promotions
Who You Are
- Recent graduate or graduating in 2026 with a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for building rapport
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Driven by goals, resilient under rejection, and motivated by results
- Bonus: experience with CRM platforms, Mailchimp, or customer-facing roles
