What You’ll Do
- Lead small group and personal training sessions (strength, conditioning, endurance)
- Coach foundational movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, rotate)
- Provide real-time feedback and correction
- Create a professional, structured training environment
- Support athlete progress and retention through relationship building
- Participate in ongoing coaching development
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail in movement and coaching
- Professional presence on the floor
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to coach both individuals and groups effectively
Preferred (not required):
- Prior coaching experience
- Fitness certification (NASM, CSCS, etc.)
- Background in athletics or training
