Video Production Intern
Job Description

If you're passionate about video, photography, audio production, and creative storytelling, this role will provide valuable exposure to every stage of the production process—from concept development and studio setup to editing and final content delivery.
What You'll Do
- Support the video production team in creating engaging marketing and brand content
- Assist with studio setup and breakdown, including lighting, audio, cameras, and set design
- Perform basic video editing tasks while developing advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Organize and maintain studio equipment, props, and production assets
- Manage equipment inventories and track maintenance, firmware updates, and equipment status
- Participate in pre-production planning meetings and document key project details
- Learn and contribute to the full video production workflow, from creative concept through final release
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced creative environment
- Beginner-level experience in at least one of the following: videography, studio lighting, photography, or video editing
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Marketing, Communications, Film/Media Production, Digital Media, or a related field
- 0–1 years of experience in video, photo, or multimedia production
- 0–1 years of experience with video or photo editing
- Real-world experience in a professional marketing production studio
- Mentorship from experienced creative professionals
- Hands-on exposure to video, photography, audio, lighting, and post-production workflows
- Portfolio-building opportunities through meaningful project contributions
