Job Description

The Southeast Axis team is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Experience Center Coordinator to help champion the brand experience within our Fort Lauderdale Axis Experience Center. This role is instrumental in delivering a world-class environment where partners, customers, and internal teams can meaningfully connect with Axis innovations.

As a key extension of the regional marketing organization, the Experience Center Coordinator will support AEC events, executive meetings, and marketing activities—ensuring every touchpoint reflects the high standards of the Axis brand. From coordinating immersive demonstrations to facilitating seamless visit experiences, this role helps bring our marketing vision to life and strengthens customer engagement across the Southeast.

• Drive engagement by initiating invitations and supporting outreach to prospects, partners, and meeting attendees—helping create meaningful touchpoints that reinforce the Axis brand.
• Champion the first impression through reception and phone coverage, warmly greeting guests, and delivering clear, professional guidance in alignment with event and visit objectives.
• Enhance the visitor journey by managing guest sign-in, issuing badges, and reporting on meeting activity to support marketing analytics and experience-center planning.
• Protect the Axis brand experience by ensuring the facility is immaculate and presentation-ready before, during, and after all customer and internal engagements.
• Maintain an exceptional hospitality standard through proactive food, beverage, and supply inventory management.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the Events Planning team to support AEC activations, onsite events, partner engagements, and other experience-driven initiatives.
• Support regional marketing execution by assisting the Area Marketing Manager with lead management, budget tracking, local purchasing, and operational requests.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the building landlord to ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations.
• Oversee logistics by managing inbound/outbound packages and coordinating shipping needs tied to events and demos.
• Curate hospitality experiences by coordinating catering services and maintaining strong partnerships with local hotels and vendors.
• Jump in where needed, taking on additional responsibilities that elevate the Experience Center and contribute to the Southeast marketing strategy.

What You Will Need…

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience—2 years in any marketing role or 3 years in hospitality.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience , or solid internship experience, ideally in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and confidently support onsite event and facility needs.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for meetings, trainings, or regional marketing initiatives.
  
  

Pay range:

The approximate hourly pay range for this location and position is $27 - $29 an hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
