What are the responsibilities and job description for the Timekeeper position at AXIOS Industrial Maintenance?
This role is an entry level position that will provide day to day administrative support to staff and management teams.
Essential Job Functions/Duties
- Essential Job Functions/Duties
- Input and coordinate timekeeping data daily, enter hours and per diem as assigned
- Issue purchase orders for projects as needed, monitors timely delivery of orders against project schedule, resolves discrepancies
- Create job folders with accurate information; maintain job logs to track equipment, maintenance, and transportation
- In conjunction with corporate HR to facilitate onboarding new hires, personnel changes, and employee separation in compliance with company protocol
- Administrative support to Project Management team
- Track and maintain safety supplies
Qualifications and Competencies
- At least 1 year of TRACK (Management Controls Software) experience Required
- MUST have a TWIC Card
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting, documentation, research, and resolution skills, and data entry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
