Quality Technician - Days

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour (DOE)
Day Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:30am - 3:30pm

We're recruiting for an experienced Quality Technician to join a well-established, employee-owned manufacturer supplying the medical, defense and technology industries.

What You'll Do
- Program and operate CMM and automated inspection equipment
- Develop inspection programs for new and existing products
- Perform First Article Inspections (FAI)
- Complete MSA, Gage R&R and process capability studies
- Create and maintain inspection plans
- Calibrate inspection and measuring equipment
- Review engineering drawings, blueprints and GD&T requirements
- Support SPC and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with quality fixture development
- Train and support technicians on inspection equipment and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment
- 3 years' CMM programming experience
- Strong GD&T interpretation and blueprint reading skills
- Experience with SPC, SQC, MSA, Gage R&R and capability studies
- Proficient using micrometers, calipers, height gauges and other precision measuring equipment
