Maintenance Technician

We are working with an established Plastics / Packaging Manufacturer based in Baltimore, MD**. **They are recruiting for an **Maintenance Technician **to join their team on 1st shift in return for a salary in the region of **$30 - $34 p/h **along with excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental.
Duties as an Maintenance Technician:
- Plan and perform preventative and reactive maintenance
- Maintaining Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and Schematics
- Maintaining Printing Presses, Slitter, Laminators and associated production equipment
- Performs general facility maintenance to improve or modify facility
- PLC troubleshooting
Qualifications & Experience required:
- 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial/manufacturing environment OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Must have own basic tools (Company will provide specialized tools)
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
