We're working with an established manufacturing company based in Hendersonville, NC. They are recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in return for $80,000 – $90,000 per year along with an excellent employment benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, lead and develop a team of Maintenance Mechanics within a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment failures.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve machinery reliability and reduce downtime.
• Diagnose electrical faults involving motors, wiring, switches and 110V–480V electrical circuits.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams to maximize equipment performance.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, technician performance and equipment reliability.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades and maintenance cost control.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures.
• Train, coach and develop maintenance technicians to improve technical capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety, food safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance supervisory or team leadership experience within manufacturing.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience maintaining automated production and packaging machinery.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems, motors and controls.
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience preferred.
