Inventory Analyst Job Description
Reports To: Site Lead
Location: Pasadena, TX

Position Purpose:
The primary objective is to support maintenance repair and overhaul activities in the production plants serviced from the warehouse, while following all safety rules and recommendations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
AXion Inventory Analyst will:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels
- Process replenishment orders for stock material
- Review and approve investment proposals
- Oversee stock repair
- Cost control
- Oversee offsite stock material
- Optimize inventory efficiency
- Propose inventory write-off through dormant expiration
- Oversee annual physical inventory
- Request and manage BOM changes
- Must be available to work possible overtime, holidays, weekends, or nights if requested
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Microsoft Excel proficient
- Some knowledge of materials used in industry
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Warehouse Experience
- Pass a Functional Assessment verifying their ability to kneel, squat, lift and carry 50lbs, climb ladders, etc.
