Axion Fiber Solutions is expanding and seeking motivated sales representatives to help residential customers connect with fiber internet and other available broadband services.

Our founders bring experience in door-to-door sales, telecommunications, and sales team leadership. If you enjoy meeting people and earning based on your results, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Visit homes within assigned sales territories.
- Explain available internet services, pricing, and promotions.
- Help customers select a service and complete their orders.
- Explain installation expectations and next steps.
- Track customer conversations, leads, and sales in our sales platform.
- Follow provider requirements and represent Axion professionally.

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance coverage.
- Must pass a background check.
- Smartphone for accessing sales tools.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Self-motivation, reliability, and comfort approaching new customers.
- Ability to work outdoors and walk assigned neighborhoods.
- Availability when residential customers are home.
- Completion of required provider onboarding.

Experience in fiber internet, telecommunications, solar, security, or other door-to-door sales is a plus. Motivated applicants with other sales or customer service experience are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation

This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Earnings depend on eligible completed installations, services sold, and applicable performance tiers.

Commissions are paid weekly once Axion receives provider funding. Initial payment timing depends on installation and provider processing. Provider chargeback rules apply. The full commission schedule and payment terms will be reviewed before you begin.
