Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Physical and Occupational Therapists specializing in lymphedema and edema care. The position is based in Jacksonville, FL. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing patient evaluations, developing and implementing care plans, conducting therapeutic interventions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families about self-care strategies and long-term management of lymphedema and related conditions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
- Knowledge and experience in Medicine and treatment of lymphedema and edema
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Experience working with Pediatrics is a plus
- Ability to develop and adjust individualized care plans for diverse patient needs
- Licensed Occupational or Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
- Certification in lymphedema treatment (e.g., CDT or equivalent) is preferred
