Role Description
We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Hudson, OH. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and contributing to customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include prospecting potential clients, managing inbound and outbound communications, providing product or service information, and assisting with customer inquiries to ensure an exceptional client experience.
This role will require heavy out ound efforts and is a Monday - Friday, 9-5 workplace.
This role will report to the sales manager. You will be expected to use your CRM and may require some travel to customer locations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify and develop opportunities
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients and address their needs
- A focus on achieving high Customer Satisfaction to foster long-term client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently to meet sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Previous experience in the transportation, logistics, or rail industry is an advantage
- Relevant professional experience in sales, business, or a related field
