Axiom Maintenance Services is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Seasonal Landscape Technician to join our team from approximately May through mid-October. This is your chance to take ownership of maintaining the beauty and functionality of various properties.
In this role, you'll be more than just a landscaper – you'll be a key player in ensuring our clients' facilities are both aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained. You'll be trusted to manage your tasks efficiently, from meticulous mowing and trimming to performing basic equipment upkeep and identifying potential issues before they escalate. As a Seasonal Landscape Technician, You Will:
- Be the Go-To for Property Upkeep: Independently manage the mowing, trimming, edging, and sweeping of multiple properties, ensuring a high standard of presentation.
- Maintain Operational Efficiency: Proactively inspect grounds and equipment, performing basic fixes to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
- Champion Safety: Adhere to all company safety guidelines, prioritizing a safe working environment.
- Keep Things Organized: Maintain a detailed maintenance log and provide clear shift reports.
- Be a Problem Solver: Identify and report any maintenance issues to the manager or clients in a timely manner.
- Manage Your Equipment: Safely load and unload necessary tools and equipment into work vehicles (if required).
- Follow Instructions with Precision: Execute written and verbal directives from the maintenance manager or clients accurately.
- Collaborate When Needed: Work effectively with the maintenance team and external contractors on specific projects.
- Utilize Your Skills: Operate a variety of power tools and hand tools proficiently.
