The Property Manager will be responsible for managing the property and asset needs of the firm's multifamily housing and some commercial holdings. The successful candidate for this position will be expected to maximize profits on all investments, reduce risk and minimize expenses, and be capable of developing strong relationships with all clients so they can better meet their needs. The Property Manager is also responsible for implementing policies that reflect our company's values and vision, while making sure they are compliant with current industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage residential properties.
- Manage commercial properties.
- Remodel real estate properties.
- Negotiate with vendors and contractors on behalf of the company.
- Analyze financial data to plan for future expenditures and capital projects.
- Manage inventory and supplies of real property company owned and leased properties.
