1099 Inspector Rexburg

This position inspects properties and apartments, vacant and occupied for maintenance items needing repair. There are very little barriers to entry on this opportunity. You will need your own transportation with most properties inside of Rexburg. You will need a good working smart phone and a clean criminal record. You will work your own hours as its fits your schedule. Usually a unit inspection will take roughly 30 minutes each. Property inspections will take 45 minutes to an hour and a half.

To Complete An Inspection You Will

• log into the app
• contact occupants at occupied units to set an appointment
• attend the appointment taking 50-100 photos
• indicate repairs needed and any cleaning concerns
• complete the inspection so it auto sends back to us
• repeat
  
  

Some basic idea of maintenance would be great but not needed. Simply being able to point out what is not right will work well. This is a great self employed opportunity to be worked around a schedule.
