The Compliance function plays a critical role in safeguarding sensitive data while enabling business operations across regions. The team operates in a highly collaborative environment, working closely with Legal, Information Security, Procurement, and Technology groups to embed privacy-by-design principles into enterprise processes. Exposure to enterprise-level privacy programs and regulatory frameworks
Hands-on involvement in shaping privacy risk practices within a global organization
How You Will Make An Impact:
- Conduct privacy risk assessments including PIAs and DPIAs across business and technology initiatives
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical, actionable guidance for stakeholders
- Partner with IT, Procurement, Legal, Infosec, and business teams to evaluate data handling practices
- Support the implementation of privacy-by-design principles across projects and workflows
- Identify and mitigate privacy risks while ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulations
- Influence stakeholders and act as a change agent in strengthening privacy compliance programs
Are you an experienced privacy risk and compliance professional ready to make an impact?
- 5–7 years of experience in privacy, compliance, or risk management roles
- Strong hands-on experience conducting PIAs, DPIAs, or similar privacy assessments
- Solid understanding of global privacy regulations and frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into business-friendly guidance
- Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Legal, and Security teams
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and documentation rigor
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with privacy and compliance terminology and frameworks
