The role is based onsite and provides the opportunity to work alongside experienced compliance professionals who support cross-functional development and internal growth.How You Will Make an Impact• Support onboarding and periodic review activities by gathering and validating customer documentation for accuracy and completeness. • Conduct customer due diligence reviews and assign risk ratings based on regulatory standards and internal guidance. • Review alerts and assist with preliminary research into potential financial crime concerns. • Maintain accurate customer information across compliance systems to support audits, quality checks, and regulatory expectations. • Identify gaps, deficiencies, or inconsistencies in client records and coordinate with internal teams to drive timely resolution. • Contribute to data remediation efforts and support broader initiatives that strengthen financial crime controls. • Help create a smooth and compliant onboarding experience that strengthens customer trust and reduces risk exposure for the institution.Are You an Experienced KYC and Due Diligence Professional Ready to Make an Impact?• One to three years of experience in KYC, AML, financial crime compliance, client onboarding, or a related regulatory function within financial services. • Strong understanding of regulatory concepts such as BSA, AML, sanctions screening, customer due diligence, and financial crime risk indicators. • Skilled in reviewing customer documentation, validating data, and identifying inconsistencies or missing information. • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and workflow-driven compliance systems used for data and case management. • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally. • Capable of working in a structured, documentation-heavy environment that prioritizes correctness and compliance. • ACAMS certification or related compliance training is beneficial but not required. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.
