What are the responsibilities and job description for the Healthcare Operations Manager position at Axiom Lifesystems Development Group?
Axiom Lifesystems Development Group is looking for a part-time/fractional healthcare operations leader to join our team and help build and scale our physician-led specialty care platform for rural and critical access hospitals.
This is an early-stage opportunity for someone with healthcare operations, hospital administration, clinical leadership, service-line development, physician coordination, or RN leadership experience who enjoys building systems from the ground up.
The role will initially focus on helping organize current hospital operations, support current physician relationships and new physician onboarding, coordinate service-line workflows, assist with cardiac device clinic development, improve invoicing/payables processes, and help identify market growth opportunities.
This is not a traditional clinical role. It is a strategic operations position for someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, professionally mature, and able to communicate effectively with physicians, hospital leaders, and internal stakeholders.
The position is expected to begin part-time, approximately 10–20 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a broader Director or VP of Strategic Operations role as Axiom expands.
