What You’ll Do:
- Empower patients to engage in the activities that make life meaningful—whether that’s cooking, dressing, hobbies, or daily routines.
- Adapt environments and recommend equipment to make tasks easier and safer.
- Teach creative strategies to help patients reach their goals step by step.
- Partner with families and caregivers to provide guidance and encouragement.
- Track progress, celebrate successes, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (BS degree or higher).
- Someone with a positive spirit, strong clinical skills, and a heart for patient care.
- Experience with ADL/IADL assessments and treatment planning.
- Great communicator and team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
- A drive to keep learning and growing in your profession.
