Role-Specific Qualifications (Varies by Position at Lone Tree Retirement Community)

• Clinical Roles (RN, LPN, CNA):
  • Active Kansas license or certification required
  • Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred
• Dietary, Housekeeping, Maintenance:
  • Prior experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards at Lone Tree Retirement Community
• Administrative & Leadership Roles:
  • Relevant experience in healthcare, senior living, or management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening (as required)
