Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents and oversee CNAs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Maintain accurate medical records and assist with physician rounds
Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and staff
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Assist with IV therapy, wound care, catheterization, and other nursing procedures
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (Unencumbered, State of IL)
CPR Certification (Required)
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (Preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
