Full Time, Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-10:30pm

Job Summary
This position offers on-the-job training for the right applicant. Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to handle multiple tasks are important for this position, which involves demonstrating 5-Star Customer Service and attention to detail in every customer interaction. Punctuality and attendance are critical. Some of the job duties include:
- Answering busy, multi-line phones.
- Scheduling appointments for new pest control customers.
- Conducting new customer “Welcome Out” calls with a positive & upbeat attitude.
- Verifying the data entry of customer accounts.
- Verifying customer payment details.
- Tracking and reporting new sales numbers from the sales teams.
- Tracking and reporting on any sales requiring a manager override.
- Maintaining the new customer appointment calendar.

Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous Customer Service experience is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills (Google suite, software, and scripts)
- Ability to maintain focus in a Call Center environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for accuracy in every transaction.
- Must be comfortable with a high volume of calls.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
