Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
- Supervise subcontractors and field personnel, providing direction and resolving issues as they arise.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners.
- Monitor project schedules and progress, addressing delays proactively.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site.
- Conduct daily reports, site meetings, and progress updates.
Qualifications
- Preferred a Minimum 5 years of experience in a superintendent role, preferably in commercial or K–12 school construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Deep knowledge of construction means, methods, safety regulations, and scheduling.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools is a plus.
- Have experience with Autodesk
