We’re looking for a skilled Framing & Finish Carpenter who takes pride in the details and knows that quality craftsmanship makes a difference. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the structural side of carpentry and the precision of finish work, with a strong emphasis on producing clean, professional results.
What You'll Do
- Perform finish carpentry on commercial and residential projects, including trim, baseboards, doors, hardware, cabinetry, and other interior details.
- Install finish materials with precision, maintaining clean lines, consistent reveals, tight joints, and a professional final appearance.
- Complete framing and general carpentry tasks for new construction and remodels.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, measurements, and project specifications.
- Measure, cut, fit, assemble, and install wood and other building materials.
- Identify and resolve challenges while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain tools, materials, and a clean, organized work area.
- Coordinate with project managers, other trades, and crew members to keep work on schedule.
- Take ownership of assigned work and ensure details are completed correctly.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in finish carpentry, with framing experience also preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Proficiency with common carpentry tools and equipment.
- The ability to accurately measure, lay out, cut, fit, and install materials.
- The ability to read construction drawings and work independently when needed.
- Good judgment, problem-solving skills, and a practical approach to the work.
- Dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with a team.
- A commitment to jobsite safety, organization, and professional workmanship.
- The ability to perform physical work, lift materials, and work indoors and outdoors as project needs require.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
