- Manage and coordinate the IV Therapy Program, including staff scheduling, patient scheduling, and program development and implementation
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for the IV Therapy Program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, including evaluating patient outcomes and identifying areas for improvement
- Lead and mentor IV Therapy staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care
