• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Review and verify medical records for completeness and accuracy
• Enter and update medical information into our electronic health record system
• Conduct searches and retrieve medical records as required
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
