Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Oversee and assist CNAs in providing resident care
• Maintain accurate medical records and assist with physician rounds
• Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and staff
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Assist with all aspects of resident care, including wound care, catheterization, and other nursing procedures
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse LPN License (Unencumbered, State of IL)
• CPR Certification (Required)
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (Preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
