Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
The Junior Software Developer's Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Design, develop, and test automated workflows to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement and deploy automation solutions.
- Integrate various software, applications, and databases to ensure seamless data transfer.
- Monitor the performance of automated systems and troubleshoot any problems that arise.
- Manage and support the banks SQL Server environment
- Create and maintain documentation for processes and user guides.
- Train employees on how to use new automated features and manage the change process.

Working Conditions
This position is performed in a regular office work environment. Must be able to work independently from remote locations and within the office environment. The incumbent will be expected to be able to work Monday through Friday and work will mainly be performed at the Maitland location; occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Flexibility with work location and hours may be granted if circumstances permit.

Qualifications Summary
Education
- Bachelors degree in a technology-related field, or relevant experience to the job requirements.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering or corporate strategy/analytics roles, financial services/banking experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation and RPA tools
- Proficiency in one or more scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience with systems like CRMs, ERPs, and project management platforms is preferred
- Experience in SQL administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with different teams.
- Ability to synthesize complex ideas and communicate them in ways others can easily understand; clearly and concisely present issues, ideas and recommendations in verbal, written and presentation formats to senior executives
- Strong quantitative background, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
