This is an internship opportunity for the summer of 2025. The ideal candidate will have achieved Junior or Senior status in a bachelor's degree program in Technology-related field. There will be no relocation or housing assistance for this position.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Review and research technology issues and solutions.
- Resolve moderately complex issues, meet project deliverables, while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Support projects and teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals.
- Demonstrate the ability to work directly and advise end users and other involved third parties to resolve issues.
- Provides professional, courteous, and efficient service to all internal and external customers.
Supervision of Personnel
- None
Working Conditions
- This position is performed in a regular office work environment, including ability to lift and carry files of up to 10 lbs. Extensive use of computer terminal and keyboard.

Qualifications Summary
Education
- Junior or Senior status in a Bachelors degree program in a Technology-related field.
Experience
- Experience working in a financial services company or Bank preferred.
The incumbent will be expected to be able to work Monday through Friday and work will mainly be performed at the Maitland location; occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Flexibility with work location and hours may be granted if circumstances permit.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Advanced computer skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong analytical skills including analyzing complex data.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Team player, with demonstrated collaborative skills.
- Willingness to learn and apply new concepts into job duties.
