Responsibilities: * Support service subscription through the facilitation of invoice generation and cost recovery activities with external entities ensuring compliance with all applicable fiscal/audit regulations and best practices.
- Develop cost models and estimates, based on independent data and total cost of ownership and provide updates as required for the Program Office's service catalog.
- Utilize Program Office tools to generate, send, and track status of invoices with customers.
- Support the Program Office in the execution and allocation of external Purchase Requests (PR) with the CFO office.
- Track cost recovery of services and based on Service Agreements and requirement fulfillment.
- Maintain a relationship with Customer POCs and communicate all changes in service or reconciliation of invoices.
- As required support the Service Agreement team in capturing and documenting customer requirements and costs.
- Establish process and procedures for tracking and maintaining invoice and cost recovery schedules.
- Utilize Program Office software and tools as required managing cost of the portfolio.
- Create documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.
- Works with project teams to create products that reflectappropriate rigorand organize, review, and edit written products for format, clarity, and message.
- Other duties as requiredQualifications: * TS/SCI with CI Poly (or ability to pass a polygraph)
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience
- Education: Master's degree
- Demonstrates ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
- Demonstrates leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing techniques aligned with labor category mission.
- Demonstrates extensive ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to organizational senior leadership and policymakers.
- DoD and IC experience desired.
- Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
- Strong customer service skills.
